Next, we finalize SOPs and ask for approval from our valued clients, executives, and managers. Once SOPs are finalized and approved, we move to the ‘Training and Orientation’ phase. This is the phase where we train virtual assistants who will be working on your project about the entire process to complete your tasks.

That’s all! Our virtual assistants will now be fully ready to handle your tasks with perfection. Our CRM system will push the task request automatically to a dedicated virtual assistant. Your VA will either finish the given task himself or engage other specialized teams to complete it and share it back with the client on time.
